This year we welcome five new students into the QERM program: Guy Bennevat Haninovich, Trinity Hinshaw, Veronica Lee, CL Roberts, and Jiangyue Wang. Here is some information about their academic backgrounds and the labs they will be working in:

• Guy Bennevat Haninivich has a BA in Earth and Environmental Science from Wesleyan University, Connecticut. He will be working in Sunny Jardine’s lab.
• Trinity Hinshaw completed Bachelor degrees in Biology/Ecology and Data Science at Northern Michigan University. Trinity will be working in Andre Punt’s lab.
• Veronica Lee received her MS in Statistics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BA in Statistics from New College of Florida. Veronica will be working in Tim Essington’s lab.
• CL Roberts received an MS in Statistics at University of Alaska Fairbanks and a BS in Wildlife Biology from University of Montana, Missoula. CL will be working in Trevor Branch’s lab.
• Jiangyue Wang has a BS in in Ecology from Peking University, China. She will be working in Laura Prugh’s lab.
